天然药物及仿生药物国家重点实验室PI—硒啉药物研究室负责人

个人简介  1986年获武汉大学化学系硕士；1994年获北京大学药学院药物化学专业博士；1998-1999年韩国汉城大学医学院药理系博士后；1986年至今北京大学药学院bet365体育电视直播助教、讲师、副教授，教授。主要从事: 新药研究、抗癌药物作用机理研究. 1999年至现在全面主持负责了创新抗肿瘤药物乙烷硒啉所有临床前研制工作，是北京大学法人授权的乙烷硒啉研制中心团队的总负责人；成功负责主持完成了创新抗肿瘤药物乙烷硒啉的临床前研制，成功负责组织临床申报，是药物IND文件总撰稿负责人和文件总负责人，2007年获SFDA批准2项化学一类药物临床批件（批件号：2007L04738，2007L04741）。是创新药物乙烷硒啉分散片临床研究申报方技术要求代表和非临床研究技术支持总负责人。2009年获得国家重大新药品种负责和参与的课题立项2项。

 新药研究项目入选北京大学十五211，北京市科委快速追踪化学创新药物重点专项，作为第一发明人申请药物中国发明专利11项，其中授权6项；作为药物第一发明人申请药物国际专利保护已进入了美国、欧洲、日本、俄罗斯和加拿大等共24个国家，其中已获俄罗斯授权1项，美国授权1项。是多项创新抗肿瘤药物乙烷硒啉国内国际发明专利的发明人；建立了创新药物乙烷硒啉的理论体系，负责组织研究团队在国际国内已发表出创新药物乙烷硒啉研究系列50余篇；首个靶向硫氧还蛋白还原酶抑制剂药物乙烷硒啉理论体系研究工作引起了国际广泛地关注，其中首报文章曾被国际上许多重要刊物如Chem. Rev.、JBC、Seminars in Cancer Biology、Mini-Reviews in Medicinal Chemistry 和美国NCI研究工作正面引用。2008北京市科学技术奖第一完成人。
